I may do a full track bike build up/ documentery when i get back . But for a ddedcated track whore , raceglass , tires ,case covers and lines would be my first , second would be suspension and gearing . Last would be rearsets , exhaust and allt he other cool parts.

Don't forget all the holes you'll have to drill and all the safety wiring you'll need to do. Fun,fun.

That' s what I was going to say except I'd go with race tires and upgraded brakes first,, they make a HUGE difference. If your just gonna be doing trackdays I'd say save the money on plastics, get some frame sliders and when you wreck the stock plastics get aftermarket ones, Your not gonna ride it on the street anyways.

Definitely tires and plastics first. Until you really get going then suspension and steel braided brake lines.
