Completely due to my own stupidity, I dialed in the wrong value on my torque wrench and broke my rear brake caliper bolt in it's mount... ...and one of my front axle pinch bolts.. The rear caliper broken bolt is flush with the bracket it is in. The front axle pinch bolt is quite deep in there but looks like it can go all the way through if I could grip it somehow. I'd be in much appreciation if anyone could tell me how to, knows how to, or has a tap to get these out. If so, the bike still drives and I could come to you to do it real quick over some drinks or whatever.

Sorry to hear about that. It can be complicated to deal with but just as easily if handled properly its an easy fix. Tools needed Steady hand and pricise placement of punch Hammer Punch or awl Pics attatched If you have a small punch and hammer try placing the tip of the punch on the back side of the broken bolt on your fork and try to gently tap it with the hammer and the punch in the direction you want it to come out you will see it moving, tap it enough to were a couple of threads are showing and then grab it with some needle nose or pliers. On the brake caliper cut the zip tie loosen the other caliper bolt tilt the caliper up to expose the broken bolt in the bracket and do the same with the punch and hammer except back it out of the bracket Since there is no force on either of these broken bolts they should be easy to back out. Be gentle but use enough umph to back them out Good luck

Front: us a small drill bit to drill a hole in the center of the broken bolt piece...just deep enough to screw in a wood/drywall screw. Once the screw gets tight, just keep tightening it and the broken bolt will come out the other side. Rear: same thing, but take out the rear wheel so the bolt can come out the other side of the bracket. On both of those, it's posible the broken bolts might start to come out just by drilling as described above.

thx all - i chose Got2Go's option and juss drilled it in the center of the bolt until i got some depth into it and widened up the hole by swirling the drill around. Then I stuck in a slightly larger bit and it caught the bolt enough to push it out the other side.. ...juss needa fix some of the collateral damage i caused in the process and i should be good to go..
