Im looking to install my radar detector and GPS but i dont know how to run the power to them?

Anyone now how? tips/Ideas

Come on dude, you KNEW someone was going to say it and I'm always a nice guy, so I was due. :-P

Really though, it shouldn't be too hard. You can probably find a switched 12V positive off of the key switch and use that and then just find a common ground that goes to the frame and you should be set for the most part. Just make sure to keep the connections clean and solder them if you are cutting into the wires or use the proper connectors if you are going to go that route.

I wouldn't use a constant power (off the battery) because then you run the chance of frying them if it's too much power all the time. Not to mention running down the battery.

freddy is the pro at this.. there are hook ups you can get that you splice into your current 12v wire on the bike.. and walla!
