A friend of mine is selling me a GPR steering stabilizer for $100 (I know you can't beat that) but the problem is it's red and my bike is black & gold so you know I got to cordinate! So I was wondering if it can be anodized gold? Or spray painting it gold (I know that's ghetto but if it works that's fine by me)? What's your opinion?

I send stuff to http://www.greggscustoms.com for anodizing

can get pricey, especially if the metal needs stripping / bead blasting
I would guess that it would be chaper to buy a new GPR damper
call GPR & explain your fetish to coordinate the color, & they will probably cut you some kinda deal - good guys
