My GSXR has two headlights. For some reason the one on the left doesn't seem to work. I thought the bulb was fryed, but it works when I go from lo-beam to hi-beam. My right bulb seems to work fine. Does anyone know what's wrong. I'll pay someone $20.00 bucks if they can fix it.

Are the bulbs on each side both the same? If they are switch them around and see what happens.

Both of them used to be on at the same time up until yesterday. I think. I might be trippin. Anyone esle have a GSXR 2001 - 2003? I know Shwell and Gleno have one. Turn your lights on and tell me if both the right and left one turn on. I'm pretty sure both of them turn on, not just the one on the right.

I'm not sure if it applys here but, like in a car your low beams can be out but your high beams can still work... Did you switch your bulbs from left to right ??? Try that 1st & if it works then it's just a burnt bulb....

I don't think the GSXR's use two bulbs for low Beam. I could be wrong, But I don't think I am.

I used to have a 2002 GSXR 600. Both lights on low and high were on. They had updated it from the 2001 model.

School and Work --- Never have anytime to even check my lights. Luckily today, my afternoon class got out an hour early. I actually had time to do something instead of running somewhere. Problem Solved... Both bulbs are on at all times whether it is on high or lo-beam. What I didn't know was that the bulb has two parts to it. The lo-beam section is burnt out, that is why it turns on when I switch it to high beam. So, long story short... I need a new bulb. How did I get to this conclusion??? I switched the bulbs from right to left. Thanks guys

When I switch the bulbs, it seemed that one light was out. However, today when I went to Cycle Gear to buy new bulbs, both lights were working fine. Wierd!!! I guess I had electrical problems. They both work fine now on low beam and high beam.
