Took my Plastics off for the 1st time & found these 2 rubber hoses that were not connected to anything... One of them has a huge cut all the way thru it in one area.... They lead to the metal of my gas tank in the rear... Help dunno WTF to do....

The two hoses don't go anywhere. One is your gas tank vent and the other is a drain for when you overfill your gas tank. Better to have the gas leak out the bottom of the bike then to slosh out over the side of the tank and onto your legs or family jewels.

What he said. You can replace the cut one with the same tubing at AutoZone. I would def replace it, since it leads the gas away from hot parts and such.

Those hoses are suppose to be positioned on the bottom of your fairings, in the middle of the bike, like kinda angled towards the back tire.
