ok here is what I have done to the bike. :

had problems after I removed all the CA stuff, as the bike would start only with the choke on and only when cold. throttle would kill the bike right away.
as Val suggested, I checked the idle cable and the "pin"at the end of the cable was not touching at all the little plate that push the thingy thing on the carb.

now the bike will start and stay at idle no problems. I can open the throttle and it wont die but when it goet to about 5 k it's missing air or fuel and just about to die, as soon as i release the throttle it comes back to life.

both fuel pump are working, and all 4 cylinder fire properly.

will my mixture screw which are at 1,5 turn out could have anything to do with that ?

when looking at the butterfly, #1 and #2 doesn't close as much as #3 and #4. I tried to get them all lined up but I could not get it perfectly ( at least to my eyes) it seem that #1 was not lined up with the other 3.
I did like they say in the service manual, first line up 1 &2 then 3&4 then 1;2 and 3;4.
also right beind the butterfly on the bottom of the carbs there is 5 little tiny holes, on # 1 and 2 when the butterfly are closed, the last hole is not completly covered (by an hair) but on #3 and #4 it is covered.
so which way it is supposed to be ?
are the butterfly supposed to be at 90 degree angle when closed ? are they supposed to be perfectly parallel to the inside of the carbs when open ?

also the black plastic thing that is by the butterfly, on #3 and #4 it seems that they are "vibrating"at iddle , but #1 and #2 don't. so obviously one of them is not right....

what kinda bike ??? sounds like your carbs need to be synced and readjusted and idle mixture/ pilot screws 2.5 turns out works much better.

the bike is a ZZR 1200, a year ago after installing a jet kit I adjusted the mixture screws to 2.5 turn out ( btwy manufacter setting was all messed up!!) after a while I checked my plug and see I was way to rich, so I went to 2 turns out, then check again and still rich so went to 1.5 and sunday when I checked the plugs they looked good. but the fact now that I removed all the CA bulsh@t I may need to adjust them back to 2.5 out.
I need to undesrtand exactly how my carbs are supposed to be setup, I have the shop manual for the bike but still doesn't give enough information ( at least for me..) like by how much the butterfly are supposed to be closed ? the black plastic thing located in front of the butterfly , is it supposed to bibrate at iddle ? ect....

thanks !!
so I guess it is not a problem that the black thing are vibrating only on #3 and #4 and not on #1 and 2.

on #1 and #2 the butter fly when closed doesn't pass all of the 5 tiny holes, I still can see a little tiny bit of the last hole. on #3 and 4 it passes them. which way is it supposed to be ? my guess is that it should passe them.

yeah it should pass them those are the air passages the air moving across them makes the circuits in your carbs work so if 3/4 are passed and 1/2 arent sounds like the balance is off

it works based on vacuum perp cylinder draw and there are 3 screws between the carbs use for balancing/sync there 4 tubes with mercury and you start the bike and adjust the carbs till all 4 read even or as close as possible and yes there need makes the bike nice and smooth running up the road with out surging and if your idle hangs it lets the idle come back to 1200 easy without stopping at 2500 to 3k everytime
