Here's a chart I made for those using antifreeze in their bikes. So you'll know what temps your engine is protected to (both freezing and boiling).

This chart does not apply to those using Water Wetter. Water Wetter does not increase the boiling point of the water, it only decreases the surface tension of the water, allowing the water to absorb more heat as it passes through the engine. Thus allowing more heat to be carried away from the engine to the radiator. As you can see, the boiling point depends on the pressure iin your cooling system (think pressure cooker). The more pressure, the higher the boiling point.
