Looking for a new 530 chain? Here are the stats on most of the HD o-ring chains out there.
BTW, I got the 530 ZZZ

What about a 520 conversion? I have heard good things about doing this, more unsprung weight....more ponies.....change gear ratios.......600's behave a little like a 750? is it true or am I being lied to?

less unsprung weight, same amount of HP, the gear ratios can change depending on what you decide to get. (more teeth in the rear or less in the front = quicker acceleration and less speed up top) It will not make a 600 behave like a 750.

got it. I was thinking of going down one tooth on my front (15 to 14) and up 2 (45 to 47) on the rear in 520 for my r6. Any experience with anything like I am talking about. I would like have the accel. and the ability to power the front tire up, cause who really see the mid triple digits these bikes are capable of on a regular basis?

That's a pretty common gearing change and it should yield the results you're looking for. I ended up just going +3 in the rear on my F4, which isn't quite as aggressive as the -1/+2 combo.

I was told making this conversion wears down the chain and sprockets a lot faster and I agree about not really seeing triple digits.

I'm sure it does but it's cool.

When my bike was near new, I went -1 in front (16 to 15). The only thing you risk by going lower in front is the decrease turn radius that the chain has to make, possibly putting more wear on the o-rings as they go around the smaller sprocket.

I just put new sprockets/chain on and went back to the original 16t front, but went +4 (over stock) in back. For my bike, going -1 in front is the same as going +3 in back. So I went a little higher than the 15t gave.

Plus now my chain doesn't slap the top of the swingarm now.
