Is there a better company to go with when replacing the cam chain tensor on a CBR 600 F4i???...Mr. Pheer?

I actually have a manual CCT around here somewhere if you want it. It was never installed because the sportbike place would not put it on for me.

Will it work on my bike? How much do you want for it?

Matty, sorry I wasnt able to answer your question earlier. Yes the one that exiled posted is the one you want. And the one that Buck has will most likely work, since you and him have the same bike.

I'll see if I can find it. The only bad thing about the manual CCT's is that you have to adjust them from time to time. I really dont know much about them. I bought it thinking it was better than the one I had, but I could never get the Honda shop to install it for me because they said it was a race part and they dont do race parts. WTF is a sportbike???! I'll look for the CCT tonight, in the mean time, maybe MrPheer can tell you more about the manual CCT than I can and if its even a good idea for you to put it on your bike. By the way, my bike is a 2002 Honda F4I.

Cool, man. Thanks. Hope you find it. I heard they are a B*tch to install. Some shops just don't want to work...that's why I'm going to do it myself (with the hepl from will and eric ).

I finally found it!

Its still in the package and the instructions are on the back of the package. Feel free to stop by and get it. I dont want any $ for it, as long as you pick it up.

Just give me a call at 469-9131 or email me for directions.

lol I forgot about the gasket. They sent me one, but its not in the package I found the CCT in. I'll look around but I would plan on making another one out of the package.

a gasket is a small piece of material that makes a seal between 2 metal parts, preventing leakage
