...cut down a Yoshi carbon pipe? I'm getting one sent to me, but at the bottom of the can- 1/3 is destroyed. I think I can take it apart, cut it down, and then put it back together. It'll be a "shortie."

Yosh might even sell repacking kits that will come with new packing and rivets. I know Two Brothers has a kit.
