In order to help out with club participation and attendance. We are going to try something different this next club meet.

We are going to have the meeting on the second weekend of every month. (no different then before, just not on Tuesdays anymore)

This will be a testing phase to see how well the club likes the new meets and if it is something we would like to continue.

The new meets will include a ride, or a place we ride to, to have the club meeting. By having the meet on a weekend, this hopefully will get members out and by including a ride, open and awaken our minds for the discussion.

We want to get an idea of what day works better for you the members.

Saturday

or

Sunday

Please post/vote on what day works for you. If neither day works. Put up your own suggestion or idea that could get you out to the meetings!!

Thanks gang!!

Before I vote... I know it said no different than the Tuesday meet, but does that include the time? 7PM vs. an early meet time would affect my decision.

After the day is decided we will vote a time. I believe we are TRYING to shoot for an earlier meet. Morning/early afternoon. We will be riding to the meet and or the meet will include a ride.

Most of our meetings are only an hour, if that. Our first meeting for this year may be a little longer due to planning for the year ahead. But, if it was a morning meet we could get out do our thing then have the entire day left over to do whatever we/you needed to get done personally or hang out with the club!

Vote for what ever day works better for you regardless of time. If time is that big of a factor, let us know what times will work for you and post it up!

*In essence we are trying to get the club to do what it is we do. Ride. The ride meets give us an opp to do many things. Ride, open our minds before the meet, get the blood flowing. Not to mention it wont cost the club any fees for renting space. We could even include a BBQ at the meet, more of a family atmosphere. Kick back, talk about what we need to do, eat, in a nice relaxed environment and even a nice ride to the meet location!

Cool, I was hoping we were trying out something a lot earlier. In that case, either day is fine.
