We need to take it upon ourselves to be the best SCS members that we can be. That includes picking up the phone or dropping a PM to those members who may have fallen by the wayside. Ask them what's going on... you may be surprised by some of the answers you receive. Being the family we are, this should be about unconditional love. Let's concentrate on bringing our family back in the fold, not pushing them away.

Hey Eric:

Your message is well written and appreciated. I am around and trying to get back on the street. Just when things are looking up, something seems to go down. Such is life. If I can help out from a-far, let me know. I still hope to get back out there sooner than later, but between work, family, and health, I have just been out of circulation

Anyway, I think about you guys a lot and try to check in every day, even when I am VERY far away (like in two weeks).

Cheers,

Doc

Thanks for the reply, Doc! And I look forward to seeing you in the fold sometime in the near future. Especially since a lot of the new guys haven't had the chance to meet you.

I too am sorry that I couldn't make it to the Spook ride. Having a 3 month old baby, building a house, going to college fulltime, and also in the middle of buying a business keeps me BEYOND busy! However, I have attended every single thing I could since I began hanging out with the club... even before I was a prospect. I love getting together with everyone and the activities are always entertaining.
I'm disappointed to here about the lack up participation in the Spookbike run... if I knew it was going to be so bad, I would've stayed in town just to make our club look better! I think and hope I have shown my interest in the club. If I am wrong, please don't hesitate to let me know!

I hear ya Eric... long story short, Erin was diagnosed with a large ovarian tumor. Had it cut out last week, it was larger than a grapefruit

Anyway, we had a few complications. I cancelled my trip to Europe immediately. She is healing well now and the tumor was found to be benign. She can't lift our boy for 4-weeks, so my mom is coming out next week when I head out to Korea...

The Honda is running well and I have it registered. I am ready for a ride! Anyone want to make a quicky this weekend, preferably in the BC area, I could sneak out for a bit...

Take Care.

Wow... let me know if I can be of any assistance while you're gone. I may try to sneak out Sunday morning if I can get my tires swapped out by then. I'll post something Saturday if this is the case.
