Can anyone (except for gunit) guess where this meal came from?

I went to the one in Pasadena yesterday afternoon on my way back from L.A.. I drove down Friday night to celebrate my sister's 40th B-Day. This pic was taken the morning of her B-Day at Dockweiler Beach.
