Hello all,

Here is another ride from our group.
As always, anybody is welcomed to join.

What: Breakfast Run to the Mountains!

When: Sunday, May 11, 9:00 AM

Where: Read below to find out!

Meeting Description:

First we will meet at the NW DEPARTURE POINT (ARCO @ 4401 N Rainbow Blvd) to rally before we set off to the Mt Charleston area Ski Area Lodge for breakfast.
(this time there should be no snowing...LOL)

This ride is a personal favorite of mine and I believe everyone will enjoy this one as it is local and has a very scenic return route through Kyle Canyon.

The lodge is a rustic eatery with a fire place in the center of the dining area. I can't think of a better place to have a cup of coffee and some breakfast and talk to some new friends..

We can stop at one of the several scenic rest areas to take it all in and breath some CLEAN air.

I would suggest bringing a camera because the views on the way back are simply breath taking.

DIFFICULTY: middle of the road, because there are twisties.

CLOTHING: Dress warm on the way UP as it may be chilly at the top, and dress down on the way down as it will be warm again. We can stop on the way down so we can take off a layer or so.

PHOTO OP: Oh Yes, bring a camera..

TIME: You will have plenty of time to do "other stuff" after this ride is over, 4 Hrs. The day will still be yours!

NOTES:

-Please look at the map and be familiar with the route.
-Everybody is responsible for their own safety, and should also watch out for the safety of others.
-When riding as a group, please make sure you ride in staggered formation, and keep appropriate distance from the rider in front. Typically, keep the distance even with other riders. Please do not fall behind as this could cause the group to be split by traffic and stops.

I knew the post said the meetup was on Rainbow and not Craig and the 95..and to think you guys had me thinkin I was Better listen to Howie B more often!!

























I do see it's off craig and the 95, but it is on Rainbow just like I said tonight!!

I just now got home from the Rush concert, there's no way i'll be up at 8am. If your up for it I will be interested in an afternoon ride somewhere. Lotto ride maybe?

Great ride!! Nice to see such a diverse style of bikes. The weather was frekin awsome up there, wish I could spend the whole week up there. Lets see them pics Robert.
