We won the slot machines at the High Rollers poker run. The first year or the Red Ridez run I won a turkey though.

It only took going on 5 years worth of runs to win the slot machines.

But we are due to win a big prize at the Turkey run.

Les will not be at the check-in (too much driving for one day).

But she will be meeting us at the end spot. I need to call Johnnie today and find out where that is. I might just wait until the 4th place and when we get the location give Les the directions so she can drive to meet us there.

But for those of us coming from BFE, I appreciate pushing the time a little for us.

Plus if it's like last year, they will be waiting to call the biggest prizes until after 4pm so the later we get to the end spot, the less time we'll be waiting for all the prizes to be called.

Anyone want to speculate on some of the stops?
I am guessing the Pioneer Saloon (aka "Mangina Maker")
The Summit

Some places like the Lodge and Nipton are traditionally High Rollers stops on their runs, so I don't think that Red Riderz would step on their toes by going there.

It's not like a regular poker game. Each stop you choose a card and they write the card on your sheet, then take that sheet to the next stop. At the end, you hope to have something on your sheet worthy of turning in. Usually it'll take 3 of a kind or better to have a shot. I have seen 4 queens before on a run, which is phenomenal for a game like this.

Les and I talked to a Red Riderz members today at the Pet Expo and he said that they will be serving a hot breakfast to all the riders/passengers. Pancakes and something else. Then for the food at the end, he wouldn't say, but he said that it will be out of this world also. YUM!!!

Yup, but I can't say exactly where.

But I can say that the end place is less than a mile from the registration.

I'm glad I got to meet everyone at the end. They said that they had about 1,200 registered!!!! It was an insane turnout! Red Riderz are such a great group of people and I will always support them.

It was awesome!!!! I got 2 shirts, that I caught!. I ended up with 3 aces, and 5 fives...not bad, but that sure doesn't beat the four 7's that other person had. They said there was a little over 1200 people to participate!

Good times except they ran out of food and SCS didn't break the bank like we had the past 5 years.

Excellent weather.

I forgot to post this up. So I got a 6 of spades a 2 of diamonds a 10 of clubs a 10 of spades and a 10 of diamons. for $5 dollars more I could pick another card, so I do and out comes a 10 of clubs, I was like jeahhhhhhh, then she said no you needed the 10 of hearts. I was pissed, she let me draw again but got a 3 of hearts

Overall had a great time too. It had been a while since I road with you guys and it felt great. It was like I was riding for the first time again.
