HMMMM, lots of good ideas here! I didn't know about that road that cuts from Caliente over to UT. Is it paved the entire way???

I Ride: kawasaki ninja 650r 2008 lots of mods
i would love to ride to the grand cayon north rim since they did the sky brige think the road is paved all the way now i will look into that for a ride the is about 6 hrs. long round trip

+1 What Kevin said. It's only a 2hr drive/ride out to the westrim. Approx 130 miles from Vegas. However, I have seen motorcycles out there.

Wow...cool links! Thanks a bunch for the postings, Stacy. Very cool.

I didn't know about some of these. Just wish it wasn't so friggin' hot right now! I'd love to go do some of these on my days off (Mon/Tue). Figure there would be less traffic.

However, are most of these a lot of slab riding on the freeways or are a lot of them planned w/twisties put into the ride to minimize the slab riding as much as possible?
