What up SCS crew, heading to LA beaches the last weekend in July to ride the coast from LA to San Diego and back. Going to tow the bikes on an 18ft trailer behind my F350 to LA and then park it at a relative's house for the weekend and take off riding from there. I've got room in my truck for 5 and on my trailer if anyone's interested in joining. The more the merrier... we can pick a hotel to stay at Fri and Sat night depending where we wanna ride and when we wanna stop. Just want to get out of Las Vegas and hit the coast for a weekend. I've got truck fuel covered but we can all pitch in on hotels, food, drinks, etc... Message me here or call 702-672-4979 if you're interested!! ~Derek Bevel | |

Your missing half the fun. The best part going to LA is riding down through ACH!

Oh by the way, the road is now open all the way through La Canada to Glendale. No more looping around and exiting out at Sunland, which wasn't too bad. I'll be hitting ACH & Big Bear again on the weekend of July 16th!

If you get the chance to, hit GMR in Glendora on the way down or back up it's a couple miles off the 15/210 but well worth the trip. Early morning is best. Otherwise it's like RR mid morning, crawling with cars and bicylclists.
