Yeah he tried to do a stoppy and decided to see the ground up close, I guess he dropped a quarter and wanted to pick it up, ( he went over the bars) and broke his shifter peg. Don't worry he's not hurt so we can rag on him all we want.

Didn't we have a short discussion with him about the stuntin thing at TWT. Something about how it damages equipment and riders sereverly. Oh wait, that was refering to high speed wheelies not stoppies! We'll have to remember to warn him about those next time.

Great ride today, even thought we were confronted out at V of F by NHP. The dude was cool and gave us a warning about the increased activity in V of F. Let me tell YOU ALL FFFCKING ASSH@LES who have screwed up V of F lately. I have been riding out there for fourteen years and have only been stopped once in all that time. That was back in 1993, because I had* an RZ350 two-stroke which of course was loud.* They only stopped me to warned me about speeding, even though I was not, it was just the scream of the two stroke that caught their attention. Since then, I have not gone into the "paid" part of V of F. Today is only the second time in fourteen years even seeing a NHP officer. The increased activity has been caused by jerks doing wheelie through picnic areas and running from the ranger and NHP officers. The officer said, lately large groups of about 30-50 riders (we can only guess who they were!)* have been coming thought V of F during the busy weekend and causing problems. So, therefore, the officers said "we are going to have to make a statement, by ARRESTING and TOWING BIKE".* This is why I hate Riding and Associating with Young Punks like this, THANKS -
JERKOFFS!* *

Don't hold back bro, say what you really mean! Hey, I know that it is frustrating. It happens everywhere there is good riding. Irresposible, dangerous riders bring heat down on all of us. You can ride fast and not ride stupid. That is exactly why I roll with, and am a member of SCS. There are more responsible lunatics here!

Unfortunetly, VoF may be a bad place to ride for a bit while the NHP and Rangers lay the smack down on any biker who dares speed in their hood! be patient time heals all wounds

good clarification pat!!
in reality though it is unfortunate. the coppers have always been cool as hell in vof. but like sooo many other places around here a few groups have spoiled an otherwise kick ass place to moto

I see an increasing number of bikes lately here in the valley but wow…30 to 50 riders group… that’s a lot. Had SCS ever got that kind of turn out?

i dunno about 30-50 but we have been in the upper teens a time or 2. the difference between us is simple and can be wrapped up in one word....respect. do we boogie? of course. but we have never been responsible for an area being placed on a hot list because we are busting wheelies passed rest stops and stuff.

The NHP officer did mention the 702 boys. He also said last weekend 2 bikes ran from the police out there. There are more sportbikes now than ever before. All the good places to ride have been taken away because of idiots. When we told the female ranger we don't ride inside the fee area at VOF, she said "good". Nice attitude toward bikers.

I agree with all the comments, and yes there are a FEW ridders screwing it for everyone...but dont turn this into a "Our club is better than yours because were responsible" argument. Thats the stupid bullshit that keeps everyone mad. It doesnt matter what club you ride in, to determine if your the blame or not for police being pissed. If you have 50 702 boys, and one is being a dumbass and runs, its not the fault of the rest of the club. It wouldnt matter if it was Ruff Ryders, or SCS. I have seen Hells Angels guys run, I have seen Throttle Rockets members run, I have seen Soulz run, that doesnt mean that there clubs are advocating the running from the cops. When I was with the Throttle Rockets down in Florida, we were doing a charity ride. We had 13 of our members, and 9 other support ridders show up. When we finished the ride, we all met and had pizza. Afterwords, we all left and when home. The next morning, in the Newspaper, there was an article saying that the throttle rockets "thug" bikers were encouraging the members to run at all costs. And that after we left the pizza place, one of the TR members ran from the cops, and was killed by running into another car during the chase. This guy was not one of our members, nor did he even know us. He got the info off the website and just showed up.

My point is that there is no blame for the problems in V of F, except to the morons who are running, and dangerously ridding. Its no clubs fault. I think SCS is a great group of guys, and I dont think that any of them would run from the cops, but if it were to happen, I certainly wouldnt blame the SCS club, i would blame the ridder. I am glad Mike made the comment about it, because more people need to understand that what they think is a fun joke, is messing it up for everyone.

Mike, glad you guys had a great ride. I had fun with you guys today, untill I left. Thanks for calling and inviting me. I still want the Ride Along...
