The end of July is probably not the coolest time of the year to take a trek out to Havasu. Tell them to change the event to October!

I dunno. Although it does sound interesting, I'd like to hear more about this ride from Mr. Durden hisself since his only post has been the flyer but no word from him in the new persons threads.

Hey Tyler, you out there? Post up more details on this ride!

Don't let Gleno shoot that dog! It'll end up on some BBQ menu!

Looks like it has been hot lately and looks like it won't be cooling down anytime soon. So, I propose that this ride be rescheduled towards the end of August or Labor Day Weekend. At the end of Auguest it should be a little cooler. As for Labor Day Weekend, it might be to crazy for some of you.

This ride is just a day ride just to get out of the city. Should be fun!!! It takes about 2 1/2 hours - 3 hours to get to Lake Havasu. Not much twisties, but still a chance to get out of the city.
