how do you get to pahrump? doesn't blue diamond basically run round the spring mountains right into pahrump? looking at google earth, it seems like smmr is right off the main road through town. i've got some trackday necessities I could bring out, including platinum credit card applications for the new guys | |

take the E-way to blue diamond then go west it will take you over the hump to pahrump! over the mountain that is. In my experiance I always see a cop on the big straight after the hump so carefull!

James with where you live, you'd be better off going down buffalo to summerlin parkway and turning right.. go to 215 and turn left... go to the charleston exit and turn right towards red rock canyon (this is also known as Hwy 159) and stay on that until it deadends into Hwy 160, right in front of a gas station known as the Blue Diamond Travel Center. Turn right and go straight to Pahrump. Pretty scenic route going past red rock canyon.

well, I just came back, I left this morning at 6:15 and came back at 7:20 pm... I went to kingman, then kept going south to Hwy 71 north to congress then Yarnell hwy 89 ( excellent road Yarnell....it was my first time, it's great !! ) then stayed on 89 to prescott ( excellent road too) then after prescott I took 89 A to Sedona...heheheh.. nice but a little too much traffic. then flagstaff hwy 40 down to needles and back up hwy 95 throught Searchlight and then vegas.. total trip 690 miles and 13 hours.... but Yarnell, Prescott and sedona are a must to do, it was my first time there and it was great so thanks Egami for pointing out this road.!!
