Positions:

President: Daily activities as President are to preside over all meetings of the club, club memberships, public relations, and any tasks needed to maintain a good club standing in the community. Term as President will be set as an annual position. Nomination by any club member will be required to hold or to renew term of office. A democratic election with majority decision will determine nominee as president. In the event of a tie a finial vote will be held till majority decision occurs.

Vice-President: All functions of President will be required duties of the Vice-president, including presiding over meetings if president can not attend, internal affairs, disciplinary actions, and member votes of pledges after club establish date. Vice-president will be voted into office the same as the President. Except for a tie in which the president will determine out come.

Secretary: Duties are to keep meeting minutes, help with any club pamphlets, flyers, clerical work, computer issues and share duty with Treasurer on money transactions. Position will be voted on as both President and VP.

Treasurer: Duties of Treasurer are to maintain all club money. Establish joint bank account with Secretary. Collect club dues, and provide detailed ledger of all club transactions. This position will be voted on like President and VP.

Sergeant of Arms: The duties of Sergeant are to keep the peace when ever possible. To coordinate meetings with Secretary and to carry out any disciplinary action of club members by way of VP. Club members will vote this position on. The reason behind this is to keep club members from feeling mistreated or feeling unfair action was taken during disciplinary action. After all you voted them in. This position will be voted the same way as President as well as VP.
