The new Miller Motorsports Park in Utah will have two racing leagues next summer, one for licensed racers with WERA, CCS, AFM, MRA or similar clubs, which will be called the Masters of the Mountains (MOM), and one for the slower guys completely new to racing who want to enjoy some friendly, less intense competition, which will be the Miller Park Racing Association (MPRA). That is about all of the information that is available to date. When schedules are announced, I will post a link in this forum. I know from my many trips to Las Vegas and Pahrump for trackdays that it is a solid 7 hour drive from Las Vegas to the new Miller Motorsports Park, but we are hoping that some of these races in the middle of the summer when it is so hot is Las Vegas may justify the trip up north to MMP. Also, the AMA Superbike races will be at MMP on June 16-18, and Apex will be hosting a track day on the track the following day on June 19th, 2006. So consider making a trip up to see the AMA races and so a track day on the new track. www.ApexTrackDays.com

Too bad they don't have a "Loser, you're WAYYYY too slow" class for me to compete in. ![]() Maybe one weekend we can all go or something...to make the 7 hr drive worth it. | |
