Saw about 5 min of it when I had to deal with the AC issues... Valentino Rossi was in 2nd place when had to leave... anyone know if he won?

Man... racing in the rain... Those corners, that speed, wet track....
that's unbelievable but cool as hell. Hated to miss it. By time I got back, it was bicycle racing. What a contrast

Don't read on if you don't want to know the results..........

Stoner won, Rossi placed second.

I watched the whole thing and was so mad when Pedrosa went down. He was leading by 7.5 seconds in the rain even. Sorry i am a die hard honda guy. They are turning out to be like the Dallas Cowboys ie..... Honda let Rossi go after an amazing season, Dallas fires it's head coaches after winning the Superbowl.

Damn.... was hoping Rossi took it. Nothing against Stoner, I just like Rossi. That's my guy playing motoGP on the xbox. It's an Italian thing. ;)

Thanks for the info. It was a great race from what little I got to see.

We were channel-hopping, saw that the only race Speed had was the 250's, then saw that the big boys were on CBS. We both went "WTF?" It was about 3 laps into it, right after Dani went down. Saw the rest of it on the edge of our seat hoping that Val would reel Casey in, but to no avail.

I will say that Rossi and Stoner are bad ass when it comes to GP, but I was talking with a racer friend of mine and he showed me some really cool stuff on Nicky Hayden. I have to say if they did a championship that covered the different styles of racing ie.... supermoto, motor cross, dirt track etc.... I would put my money on Nicky he is an amazing all around rider.

Hands down the US announcers are better than those flaming douchebags Speed use.
