I don't know if you all are mentioning Tracktactics when you book your rooms, but Devonshire says they are offering a bigger discount for "TrackTactics" than just the track day discount. FYI.

Ok, I updated everyone now.

It seems we are all set for registration and lodging.

And, I think I have the trailering and transportation figured out for everyone.
So, we should be good now.
Everyone, please make sure you have ratchet straps for strapping your bike on the trailers/trucks.
Lowes, Home Depot, others, have them.
Try to have 4 of them.

The plan, as it currently stands:

These bikes will be loaded at pats house:
Pat
Kelly
Marcus
Tom

Kelly and Marcus, figure out which of your bikes to take to pats beforehand, perhaps Saturday. Then on Sunday morning, Kelly drives her truck, and Marcus rides his/her bike to Pat's house. Then finish loading up and get ready to leave that morning.

Be at Pat's house at 9AM on Sunday, we plan on heading out at 11AM.

And these bikes will get loaded at my house:
Mine
Patrick
Eirc
Sheila
Arson

For the people loading at my house...
Bring your gear on Saturday. Then on Sunday morning, just ride your bikes here, then we load them up, and leave.
Be at my house at 9AM on Sunday...we plan on heading out at 11AM.

Pat's group and My group will meetup at a gas station, then we all head out.

KY, whats your plan ?
Are you heading out with us ?
Or are you driving down there later on Sunday ?

I have to leave later on Sunday because I work that Saturday night. I won't be home till around 9:30am. Then I'll nap, get my bike loaded and head down in the afternoon.

If needed, I can drive my car which fits 4 people comfortably to leave more room for the bikes, gas and related equipment. Let me know if this sounds like a good idea.

Yeah, so if you look on the internet it says 2 queens from $78-$99. When I mentioned tracktactics she was like we are giving you huge savings...$77 for the night. I was like...really? She says the rooms normally run from $125 and up. I seen the pics...looks like a total shithole! I hate when people act like they are doing you the favor...

Just my 2 cents. But whatever, it is what it is. I can make the most of it! Who's bringing the alcohol??

Good Idea! my van will be full. I will only have room for myself and my camera guy Keith. I won't have any passenger space. Plan for this as even Kelly's truck will probably need some of the interior space for gear and cloths

What's wrong with it? Did the spring break? Let me know and I may be able to get you in contact with a reasonable repair person.
