found this on the socal forum ************************************************** ************************** Revised Pricing Structure for Cal-Sportbike TrackXperience Hi All, Due to popular request, we are making some revisions to our pricing/group structure...here's how it started... At Spring Mountain on Saturday April 29th, I was talking to a couple of our frequent riders in Level 2. They expressed concern that we had a low turnout in their group. Now, this was on a day when the L2 Open Lapping group was only 3-4 people from being sold out! Gave me pause for thought when we cap the groups low to ensure more open track around our riders. But of course the pricing point was set to be amortized across fewer riders. After polling many of you who love our low key and professional tone but are finding yourself stretched to make more of our events when the economy is tight, we listened and responded to act in your best interest. While we are NOT lowering the level or quality of our events, we're adding just enough riders per group to be able to bring our prices down at some venues but still NOT overcrowd our groups by any means!! Effective for our August 13th Willow Springs event and beyond, here is our new pricing structure. Willow Springs and Spring Mountain (Pahrump): $195/day, $380/weekend Buttonwillow: $230/day Reno Fernley: $190/day, $370/weekend * ALL amenities and features are remaining at their current level. Please CHECK OUR SCHEDULE to confirm if an event will include the school and Tracstar or if it will be open lapping only as NOT every event will include the school/Tracstar. Thunderhill has been changed to a "VIP" open track event. Max of 25 riders with open track ALL DAY. $235 per rider. A full catering ticket is $40 extra. It's the closest thing to owning your own track you'll find! If you have pre-registered for any of our events, you will receive any difference in the form of a credit on file toward more events. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Todd Robinson at 800-930-8520 extension 81! http://www.trackxperience.com/

The sessions are 30 Min sessions As far as how many per group I can't say for sure I would think around 30/35 But don't take my word for it!

It seem to be a 3 groups format: Beginer, bigenners intermidiate, and advaced. or maybe beginners/intermidiate adn advaced. I have always rode the intermidiate group in the 3 format grouping except for one time i did the race/advaced group, but i feel more confident in the intermidiate. I think conbining the two slowest group is kind of difficult cause there are some first timers that really get on the brakes. Anyhow im excited ill be back to the track soon.

It is 2 group. We ride with them all the time. they have beginner w/ slower intermediate guys in one group, and then faster intermediate guys and advance in one group. I ride level 2. if you have a pretty good speed and have consistant lines and don't mind being passed at a higher speed, then you'll do fine in Level 2. |

be ready for gixxergirl and gixxerguy to pass u lol. by the way i have to stop by this week maybe tom, let me kno. see when i can do another trackday with u guys, i miss it so much!! the loop sucks more and more everytime, and someone crashes every other time we go. I think it was sunday that a guy totalled a brand new R1 and he was taken by ambulence, don't kno what happened to him either. I have done the cal-sport trackdays and if u can move pretty quickly u will be fine in level2, but be ready to be passed everywhere on the track and pretty quickly. |
