Well, here are some of my shots from Sunday (9/3) out at the LVMS classic course. Let me know what you guys/girls think of the shots. I had a bunch to sort through, but I thought these were pretty cool. :-)

Ya, it definitely feels nice having a camera in my hands again. It's been a long time. I'm just hoping that I get to continue doing the trackday/race shoots. I'm trying to get a hookup for the 2007 AMA season so that I get press creds for all of the west coast races. I'm going to try, anyway.

nice shots dude! shot #4 is my boy norm, who did his first race in like 8 years. he had one of the most exciting races of the day battling with a guy for 2nd place. i was racing that day too. black gsxr 750, novice #831, blue leathers.

Ali, I didn't know that was you pitted right next to the Trackday.net trailer. I was the fat guy in the orange vest. LOL I believe at the end of the day (Sunday) you came into Mike's trailer to view some of his shots. (I just remember someone coming in to view 831)

Yup, Norm looked pretty good when I was shooting him in 8. He's one of the guys that was with The Racers Edge, correct?

I'll check tonight to see if I got any shots of you, if you would like.

I have a question about shots #2 & #3.

Are they riding 125's or 250's, or are they my height and now I know what I'd look like riding a 600 on the track???

Pat - Those are from the USGPRU class. They are 125's & 250's. Definitely not 600's. LOL So, my guess is they are probably guys your size riding on littler bikes.

Ya, you'd probably look like that on a 600. LOL

i remember you now! funny how you know people from the internet but can be in the same place as them and not know it's them .... damn cyberspace ... lol

yup Norm was pitted with Racer's Edge. he's the mechanic at Freddie Spencer's School.
