Two Arrested in Cement-Filled Soccer Ball Prank

Two men in Berlin were arrested on suspicion of placing cement-filled soccer balls in conspicuous public locations around the city with signs inviting passerbys to kick them.

Two people so far have injured themselves by kicking the balls. People have identified two males, 26 and 29 years of age, and an alleged workshop in their apartment where they assembled the cement-filled soccer balls.

The suspects are accused of "causing serious physical injury, dangerous obstruction of traffic, and causing injury through negligence." Berlin will host the World Cup final this Sunday.

Thats funnier than the frozen paintball trick.

I like to superglue a bunch of quaters to the sidewalk and watch people try to pick them up.

That was just effed up! Damn! Those poor little kids. If I saw that I would beat some ass!!

At the Chicago airport these teens were doing the dollar on a fishing line trick and people would walk by, try to pick it up and whoops!! We were on a 9 hour layover due to weather, and those kids had at least 50 people watching and laughing at the unsuspecting people!

id have to agree with kelly here. im sure that cement ball could break a little kids toes. but the other shit was pretty damn funny, infact it was all funny since i couldnt stop laughing.

As I remember it , after we pulled our prank on people they would stay around a while to get a laugh at our next "marks" like Kelly's airport people.
