Let's not be so quick to judge. 21 feet is the magic number when dealing with an edged weapon. You don't know exactly what happened and there are always 2 sides to the story. It is easy to judge from the sidelines or after the fact. If he was in the wrong, he has to answer for his actions, one way or another. JUst saying.

You can think whatever you want, but I'll go with the eye witness account of events, especially since the cops actions on video of arresting his obviously upset friend for the serious crime of putting his hand in his pocket, even after they seen his hand didn't contain a weapon.
