Done that back in '91. Had a Honda Gyro, that thing was pretty fun. Wouldn't it be cheaper if we just cruised around in first gear? Lol

yup, one of the largest scooter rallies in US. It's mostly vintage vespa and lambretta scooters, but there are also tons of modern scooters. High Rollers Weekend - Las Vegas Scooter Rally 2011 here's some video of the dyno day we did at las vegas dyno tech 32hp don't sound like much when most all sportbikes make 100+, but keep in mind these things only made about 7-15hp stock, so doubling that is pretty impressive, also they weight about 200lbs. anyone is welcome to show up to see the scooters, the best day is the GYMKHANA on saturday, scooters jumping, burnouts, and shenanigans. you might get a couple funny looks, but most people don't care, hell our club has a harley, KTM, and a ducati in it. http://www.heatseized.com/ Last edited by vespascott; 02-12-2011 at 07:01 AM. |

This location was great for us and has a nice set-up with outdoor seating. It's a easy place to relax on a Sunday. Also, Harbor Freight Tools is a couple doors down, so pick up some cheap tools to take back home with you. This DJed event includes gymkhana competitions, HUGE raffle, and Vegas Rally Awards. The raffle will be held after awards and gymkhana. A shuttle bus will run from Golden Gate Parking Lot to Freds every half hour 3pm to 7pm. Ask parking lot security where the bus picks up." |
